Reasonable Fees
Our small office setting, and low overhead expenses permit us to offer you reasonable fees. In most cases a flat fee is charged for the required legal work. This fee is reached by the attorney and the client after ascertaining the particular issues in the case. We require a down payment (retainer) for work to be performed and depending on the clients' needs will fashion a payment plan that is mutually satisfactory.

If you wish to contact Attorney Tania M. Alvarez in order to set up a telephonic consultation, we would appreciate it if you would call our offices and arrange to complete and fax back a questionnaire. The fee for the initial half hour consultation $200. After receiving your questionnaire, and arranging for payment of this fee (we accept credit cards), the attorney will call you at a mutually arranged time for the consultation.
